Dotcom Directories Ltd - TERMS & CONDITIONS

These rules ("Terms of Service") govern your use of our On-Line Store.

All products supplied by Dotcom Directories Ltd (Dotcom) are deemed in full, complete and working order. Products supplied are all considered brand new and not used unless otherwise stated.

The placement of an order on our web-site is not our acceptance of an order.Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, pricing inaccuracies or other errors may be generated. So all orders submitted through the web-site are reviewed prior to our acceptance.

Special/Unique Order items must be paid for in full when ordering, and cannot be cancelled at a later date, unless the product supplied is deemed faulty, incorrect application, or not in new condition, i.e. damaged in transit.

All products are subject to availability and we do not guarantee to fulfil orders at the prices stated on this web-site.

All illustrations and product descriptions featured are for guidance only. Actual packaging and product design may vary from those shown.

Dotcom Directories Ltd (Dotcom) will request at their discretion a 25% non-refundable deposit on special order items or custom made items. Should the customer cancel after payment of the 25% deposit then this deemed non-refundable.

PayPal/Credit Card orders will only be delivered to where the cardholder is registered with their credit card company. Dotcom Directories Ltd (Dotcom) is totally non-flexible on this.

Unless otherwise stated all products are exclusive of Carriage and VAT(Taxes).

Any extra Charges, such as Customs or Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer, and are not taken into any of the calculations.

Dotcom Directories Ltd (Dotcom) agree to process all customers orders within 24 hours of confirmed receipt and issue a correct invoice for products or services to the customer at time of shipping.

The customer agrees that if in our opinion we believe a transaction to be fraudulent or suspect, then Dotcom Directories Ltd (Dotcom) reserve the right to process the order and inform the relevant authorities

The Company reserves the right to not accept any order submitted.

All products ordered will despatched within 48 hours of Dotcom Directories Ltd (Dotcom) receiving the order or receiving the goods from the designated supplier.

All orders are despatched by An Post recorded delivery, An Post special delivery, or DHL couriers. All these methods have a tracking number, which can be issued on request. Products usually take 3 days to arrive at the customer’s destination from date of order. This may take longer for overseas customers, or around Christmas or similar periods.

For international orders Pay Pal is accepted.

International order delivery may fluctuate dependant on products ordered, courier used and the destination of the products.

A signature for the goods is deemed as received and checked.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis.

Any complaints on goods and services offered by Dotcom Directories Ltd (Dotcom) are to be made in writing to Dotcom Directories Ltd. Rathfarnham Enterprise Centre, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, Ireland, where the management will give it’s full attention in rectifying any issues.

Prohited Conduct

You may not use Dot Com Directories or Irish Crafts Directory to: (1) infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party, (2) invade the privacy right of any person or entity; (2) misrepresent the identity of a user; (3) impersonate any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Dot Com Directories Ltd or its vendors; (4) tamper with or obtain unauthorized access to Irish Craft Directories or any Dot Com Directories Ltd account, computer systems or networks associated with Irish Craft Directory, (5) conduct fraudulent activities; or (6) collect or harvest information regarding other users of Dot Com Directories Ltd for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for sending such users unsolicited bulk e-mail or other forms of unsolicited bulk communications.

Changes to Irish Craft Directory

Dot Com Directories Ltd in its sole discretion may change or discontinue any or all aspects of the In-Line Store without notice, including access to support services, content, information and other products or services ancillary to Irish Crafts Directory.

Content

All text, images and other content ("Content") contained on Irish Craft Directory are the property of Dot Com Directories Ltd., or the vendors who provide product information on the service. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, international treaties, laws and other proprietary rights. You agree that you will not take any action to interfere with the ownership rights in the Content and you will not attempt to circumvent any mechanisms for preventing the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Content. You may use the Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Irish Craft Directory relies upon a network of independent vendors who supply some of the goods advertised on Irish Craft Directory and, in some cases, drop ship them directly to their customers. Dot Com Directories Ltd is not liable for any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade dress or other proprietary or intellectual property rights arising out of content posted on or transmitted through this site, or items advertised on InStore by its vendors.

Accuracy of Content

Third party merchants, not Dot Com Directories Ltd., provide the product and pricing information advertised on Irish Craft Directory. The information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other errors or inaccuracies. Dot Com Directories Ltd. is not responsible for examining or evaluating any of these businesses or their offerings and it makes no warranties about the products or information provided by these merchants on Irish Craft Directory. When you purchase an item advertised on Irish Craft Directory, you are dealing directly with the merchant and not Dot Com Directories Ltd. Dot Com Directories Ltd. does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of all these and any other third parties. Dot Com Directories Ltd. , its vendors and any third party merchants reserve the right to: (i) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order); (ii) revoke any stated offer; and (iii) make changes to prices, and content, product descriptions or specifications, quantity limitations or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.

We suggest that if you are unsure of what a product is or consists of, that you contact us, or the manufacturer/supplier, prior to purchase, as we do not take back, for refund or exchnage, any opened items that are suitable for the purpose intended. Unless we are specically asked about requirements or compatability, we shall assume the customer is aware of what these are.

IRISH CRAFT DIRECTORY IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT THE IRISH CRAFT DIRECTORY SERVICE IS MERCHANTABLE, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ACCURATE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NEED, OR NON-INFRINGING. Dot Com Directories Ltd., ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND VENDORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE INSTORE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE INSTORE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE INSTORE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. Indemnification

Upon a request by Dot Com Directories Ltd., you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dot Com Directories Ltd. from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, which arise from a breach of the Terms of Service for which you are responsible or from your use of Irish Craft Directory. Dot Com Directories Ltd. reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In that event, you shall have no further obligation to provide indemnification in that matter.

Electronic Notice Policy

You agree to receive all notices regarding Irish Craft Directory electronically. Dot Com Directories Ltd. will provide notices by posting them on Irish Craft Directory, or, Dot Com Directories Ltd. may provide notice by email to registered users. To receive electronic notices, you must have access to the Internet and an Internet browser that operates either (i) on a Windows-based operating system, or (ii) a Macintosh-based operating system. You will need a printer attached to your personal computer to print any notices. You can retrieve an electronic copy and a printable version of the Terms of Service by clicking on the "Terms of Service" link at the home page of Irish Craft Directory. You may withdraw your consent to receive notices electronically by discontinuing your use of Irish Craft Directory.

General Terms

Only Dot Com Directories Ltd. can amend these Terms of Service by posting the changes on Irish Craft Directory,. If any term of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the term shall be considered to be stricken from these Terms of Service as if it had not been included from the beginning and the remainder of the terms enforced according to its terms.

Choice of Law: Choice of Forum

The laws of the Republic of Ireland, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, govern the Terms of Service and your use of Irish Craft Directory. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute relating in any way to your use of Irish Craft Directory resides in the courts of Ireland and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Ireland in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Irish Craft Directory. The foregoing provision may not apply to you depending on the laws of your jurisdiction. This Agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

International Use

Dot Com Directories Ltd. makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the European Uniuon, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access Irish Craft Directory from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.
